29th July 2008: 2nd Zoo Trip

Thanks for the help of Jac, she manage to get me free tickets to the zoo. This is J's 2nd trip to the zoo. The 1st trip to the zoo was about 5.5months ago. Back then, he did not show much interest in the animals and i remember having a hard time trying to get him look at the animals in the zoo. This time round, he had so much interest in the animals, he was actually the one pointing out to me, telling me where the animals were. I guess his favorite animal there were the otters. They were a bunch of very playful otters and thus, they caught his attention. He loves watching the Orang Utans moving from trees to trees, the deers eating of their stack of grass, the white tigers pacing up and down, the elephants using their trunks to pick things of the trees, the zebras' swinging tails, and not forgetting the huge huge polar bears swimming in the water. We saw alot of other animals too and there's just too many for me to name them. We met 2 free ranging peacock along the way too and they got pretty close to J. I could see that J was feeling abit worried when the peacocks came close cos he looked away and dare not look at them when they were close to him, looking at him.



It was very warm and we left shortly after watching the disappointing animal show. I am looking forward to our next trip, hopefully to the Night Safari.
